HR Executive

Mô tả công việc

· Support HR Director in jobs such as analyse salary compensation tasks, survey market salary, evaluate rewards and encouraging plan, develop and implement required plans.

· Ensure all personnel files are frequently updated.

· Handle other labour reports/ registration with Labour Department.

· Register SI and get HI cards for new employees every month and expired ones on a quarterly basis; new social insurance booklet for employees.

· Prepare employment contracts and termination notices for sales staff in accordance with Vietnam Labour law.

· Represent the HR Department in internal meetings on labour relations between Company and employees.

· Communicate matters of compensation & benefits to employees.

· Prepare reports on Social Insurances & Personal income tax of employees.

· Develop and implement HR policies and regulation of the company

· Manage and control the Company’s compensation and benefit policies, employee relations staffing, training, safety, labour relations and employment records

· Ensure policies and procedures written in line with company, local regulations, trade unions

Yêu cầu công việc

-          Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

-          Experience at least 5 years  up in the same position.

-          Good in all English skills.

-          Good Microsoft office skills.
