Mô tả công việc

As a member of the Global Workforce Operations (GWO) team, the Data Analyst responsible for querying, analysing and synthesizing large quantities of people-related data. The Data Analyst will utilize experience exploring and visualizing data, applying statistical and analytical techniques to deliver accurate and insightful data.

  • Assisting with and becoming an expert at data analytics within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Provides ownership over the HR ticketing (tier 2) data and dashboards, including regular updates of current dashboards, creation of new dashboards based on business needs, and ad hoc data reporting.
  • Proactively identify key data sources and obtain access/feeds/files necessary to perform data analytics.
  • Analyze HR data identifying trends and key takeaways, and presenting findings and recommendations to leaders.
  • Develop and maintain written and online HR system documentation.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of information and reporting by identifying issues and fluctuations with core metrics/KPIs, facilitates changes, research questions, participates and/or leads process and data improvement efforts.
  • Participate in projects that ensure data consistency, quality and accuracy, while also developing regional requirements & processes where appropriate.
  • Track all HR system issues, risks, action items, and interdependencies. Prioritize, challenge, and resolve issues and proactively identify/manage risks.
  • Strong data driven sense to explore the usage of data and turn into real business application.
  • Supporting the regional HR Leaders with data deep-dives and presentations whenever needed.
  • Understand implications of global collection of data and ability to address data issues with appropriate parties.
  • Partner with and support a variety of stakeholders within our Workforce Operations, Data Solutions and HR teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience with HR systems.
  • Experience with data modeling and visualization software such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, etc.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and analytics into visually appealing, easy to understand reporting.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other computer skills required. Expertise with Microsoft Excel (macros, PivotTable and VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to build trust to work independently.
  • Strong English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Tech savvy, ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Data Transaction Management, Service now & Tableau would be an advantage.
  • Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, independent judgement and discretion.
