Recruitment and onboarding, training
- Efficient & structured on boarding by meet 100% manpower adapt as business requirement, ensure no shortage of manpower by recruiting employees on time (mainly from grade 2 - 9).
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maximize internal recruiting channels with the most efficient tools/sources.
- Manage effectively networking channels (public center, schools, job-fairs) to enrich the talent databases.
- Responsible for orientation training and coordinate all onboarding arrangements for new employees, including email setup, uniform distribution, and company agreement signings.
- Assist in organizing job fairs.
- Assist with related tasks to organize training courses
Employee relations and compliance
- Receive the staffs’ queries, questions, complaint and grievance daily, solve and give the solution or report to department head on staff issues.
- Ensure workplace policies are communicated and adhered to.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
Employee activities
- Support on organizing company events related to employees such as annual company trips, year-end party, sport day, safety campaign, sustainability activities, CSR activities…
- Prepare weekly activities news to show on TV.
- Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys on main events of the year.
- Support on designing posters for company events/activities.
Contractor management
- Support tasks related to contractor worker management: check employee records, issue ID, check fingerprints, organize meetings, ...
- Assist on working with contractors for audit records as required by customers,…
Time keeping record, employee records & employee regimes
- Responsible for working with relevant departments to ensure that timekeeping related records are provided and stored properly.
- Responsible for checking attendance records on HRMS to ensure monthly attendance record are accurate and timely.
- Instruct & analyze attendance issues at Mill for timely action.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management.
- Input and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, including new hires and updates based on changes or requests.
- Responsible for completing the final payment/ related procedures when employees leave within the prescribed time.
General admin tasks
- Coordinate with Front Office & Administrative Assistant in admin tasks.
- Support admin jobs in case of absence of Front Office & Administrative Assistant.
- Other tasks assigned.
