HR C&B (Supervisor / Specialist)

Job requirement

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review total compensation and benefit programs and recommend changes and improvements.
  • Execute Compensation and Benefits policies, ensuring compliance and competiveness
  • Be in charge of C&B reports, relating to headcount, turnover rate, income reports…
  • Be in charge of internal C&B memo such as Promotion, Internal transfer….
  • Ensure all announcements, policies, regulations of the company to be delivered to all staffs on time and implemented properly.
  • Involve in C&B or HR projects.
  • Supervise C&B staff in daily C&B activities, including but not limited to:
  • Checking Attendance records; leave records
  • Checking Overtime record
  • Checking payroll calculation and payment (Local & Expat) of PMH and subsidiaries, including final payment.
  • Checking bonus calculation and payment
  • Checking PIT monthly report and processing PIT finalization for local employees and expat.
  • Contract management
  • Checking Compulsory Insurance in general (monthly SHUI report, SHUI registration…)
  • Preparing documents to claim for social insurance benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc.) and following up payment for employees.
  • Leave management
    • Other tasks assigned by C&B Manager

    Location: District 7, HCMC

    Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings/month)

    Job requirement

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 - 5 years experience at C&B Supervisor / Team leader
    • Solid understanding of C&B operations (Payroll, PIT, Insurance...) and deep knowledge about Labor Law, PIT Law…
    • Has experience working in Manufacturing, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, is preferable (scope > 500 staffs)
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Excellent in Excel and fluent in English
    • Experience in managing a team is a plus
