Role Overview
The HRBP Intern will support the HR Business Partner team in delivering people solutions aligned with business needs. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and basic HR analytics while developing a strong understanding of how HR partners with business units.
This internship is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, or People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. HRBP & Business Support
· Support HRBPs in day-to-day people matters for assigned business units
· Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentation materials
· Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
2. Employee Lifecycle Support
· Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
· Support employee data updates and ensure accuracy in HR systems
· Help track probation, contract renewals, and employee movements
3. HR Operations & Administration
· Support implementation of HR policies, guidelines, and internal communications
· Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation
· Coordinate with HR Ops, Payroll, and other stakeholders when needed
4. Reporting & Data Tracking
· Assist in collecting and organizing HR data (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.)
· Support basic HR dashboards and reports for internal use
· Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
5. HR Projects & Initiatives
· Support HRBP-led initiatives such as engagement activities, surveys, or culture programs
· Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, or internal events
· Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
Learning Outcomes

· Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
· Strong interest in HR Business Partnering / HR Operations
· Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
· Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
· Comfortable with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

Working hours:
