HR Business Partner

Job requirement

- Providing insight and advice to day-to-day organizational operations and aligning objectives and goals of departments with the Company's business objectives.

- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.

- Co-operating and assisting the organization in hiring the potential talent.

- Identify training needs for teams and individuals. Evaluate training programs to cater for the company's organization development.

- Monitor on the implementation of HR budget.

- Provide HR policy guidance (Human Resources Policies & Procedures, Collective Labour Agreement, Labour Regulations, Staff Handbook).

- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning through identifying key talents, developing IDPs, and monitoring their execution

- Lead POD pillar to ensure the workforce planning and people development effectively

- Suggest new HR strategies

- Other tasks/projects will be assigned by Line Manager

Job requirement

- University Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP management role of medium or big size organization

- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices. Thorough knowledge of labor legislation

- Analytical and goal oriented

- Conversant in spoken and written English
