Job requirement

  • Support the HR Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and garment industry standards.
  • Participate in workforce planning, including recruitment, training, development, and succession planning.
  • Manage and oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely fulfillment of labor needs for production workers (sewing operators, QC, technicians) as well as office staff.
  • Monitor and supervise payroll, timekeeping, employee benefits, and social insurance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in building a professional and engaging working environment to reduce employee turnover.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to handle disciplinary actions, labor relations issues, and resolve disputes if any.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports: workforce fluctuation, turnover rate, labor costs, recruitment and training effectiveness.
  • Propose and implement employee engagement, retention, and productivity improvement programs.

Job requirement

  • Graduated from College or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in garment/textile manufacturing plants. 
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, social insurance regulations, and labor relations. 
  • Experience in managing a team of 3 – 6 staff. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office. 
  • Good command of English. 
  • Experience with ERP systems is a PLUS.
