Job requirement

his is a full-time on-site role located in Long Thành for an Human Resources Assistant Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, all relevant admin task, engagement activities, internal and external audit.

The main Task:

  • Engage in building personnel structure, personnel division of the department in accordance with business development strategy of the company.
  • Participate in the development of relevant personnel assessment standards such as work goals, capabilities, performance results.
  • Participate and take main responsibility for internal audit and customer audit.
  • Develop policy plans, engagement activities, and cultural environment for employees.
  • Develop and improve processes and regulations related to administrative, emloyee relation….
  • Coordinated to answer questions of employees about internal rules of labor, timekeeping, salary and other welfare regimes.
  • Organizing, planning and supervising all events for the company annually
  • Perform the task be required by superior.
