Recruitment:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall strategy. Review and propose optimal solutions for recruitment and HR management.
- Develop and implement employer branding activities through events, media, and internal communications to attract candidates and enhance company’s values.
- Build relationships with universities and professional organizations for broader candidate resources.
- Recruit personnel in a timely manner according to plans and ad-hoc requests from the Board of Management.
- Collaborate with other departments in implementing recruitment plan and candidate shortlisting.
- Forecast, assess, and mitigate risks in recruitment and HR management.
Training and human capital development:
- Design and develop training programs that meet technical and safety requirements in the oil and gas industry.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Propose solutions to enhance the quality of human resources in line with the development requirements of the oil and gas industry and the company's situation.
HR management:
- Contribute to building company culture aligned with their vision, missions, and core values.
- Propose HR policies to optimize costs and operational efficiency.
- Develop HR management solutions in accordance with the company's long-term development strategy.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Management.
- Bachelor’s or higher degrees in majors of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences, Linguistics, or related fields.
- Preference to candidates with a second degree in technical fields or advanced certificates in human resource management.
- Knowledge of labor law and oil and gas industry regulations.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, HRBP, preferably in the oil and gas or other high-tech industries.
- At least 5 years in a senior role focusing on recruitment, training, and HR management for companies or corporations in manufacturing, construction, recruitment and workforce supply services, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
- Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and methods, including interviewing, competency assessments, and utilization of online recruitment methods.
- Experience in developing recruitment strategies and building talent network.
- Experience in recruiting and training for highly technical or managerial positions.
- Possesion of strong network and data resources for recruitment.
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
- Experience in training needs assessment, developing training programs, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments to identify needs for training and human capital development.
- Proficiency in using recruitment and training social platforms.
- FLUENCY in all listed skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing, composing documents, email communication, presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and softwares for recruitment (Applicant Tracking Systems - ATS) and online training.
- Skills in recruitment, competency assessment and HR management.
- Skill in comprehensive interview, including face-to-face and via phone/video interviews.
