Job requirement

  • + HR Jobs:

    - Making Decision/report and advice to HRM related to Salary, PIT, Incentive, Promotion, KRA..

    - Making training plan, organize and tracking as training plan

    - Review annually all document relative HR policy

    - Prepare for Audit internal & external

    - Organize and tracking Discipline

    - Follow up and implement engagement activitives

    + Admin Jobs:

    - Security management for plant: entry/exit of Employees, Visitor, Contractor. Management in/out of product/waste.

    - Monitoring and control Laundry, Hygiene area, Gardener (6 persons)

    - Monitoring and control warehouse of PPE and Cleaning tool

    - Monitor Security service/make payment/follow up the expense of security service (16 positions)

    - Organize events: Teambuilding, Year End party, Children’s day, Donation Blood, Travel.

    - Support co- woker about Car arrangement, Visa, Canteen

    - Follow up and implement engagement activitives:

    - Other tasks assigned by direct HR manager and BOD
