Job requirement

- Assist in administration activities in HCMC head office and Rep Offices.

- Handle payment all issued cost include: stationery, drinking water, car rental, parking fee…
- Manage and delivery stationery for employee at head office and branches

- Oder stamp, name card, ID card…
- Organize New year eve party, Birthday party or Company parties/activities

- Find supplier and handle purchasing something related to Admin

- Be responsible for office management and working with the vendors for all relevant tasks of Admin works.

- Record and file all contracts between company and vendors, suppliers, all company official document.
