Job requirement

  • Work with overseas offices/agents on sending and receiving documents
  • Check all relevant documents, debit note, credit notes, house bill of lading, master bill of lading, cargo manifest,… for accuracy
  • Prepare documents (Bill, Invoice, Booking Note, D/N…), upload cargo manifest to customs system, release related documents and ensure smooth cargo delivery
  • Update shipment status into the system
  • Create and update costing and billing into the system
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner
  • Finish other tasks as assigned by Team Leader/General Manager

Job requirement

  • College or Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade/ Economic/Import – Export (a noterized degree is required)
  • Good English competency in 4 skills
  • Working experience using Mirosoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
  • Attention to detail with a teamwork spirit
  • Able to work under pressure; good time management skills

  • Working time: Monday ~ Friday: 8:00 ~ 17:00 + Saturday: 8:00 ~ 12:00 (twice / month)
