Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and maximize hotel revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event organizers.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
Foster a results-driven and customer-focused sales culture within the team.
Client Relations & Business Development:
Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) planners, and other business partners.
Negotiate and close contracts for corporate stays, events, and long-term business partnerships.
Represent the hotel at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to expand business opportunities.
Revenue Management & Forecasting:
Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasting trends, and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
Ensure effective utilization of CRM tools for tracking leads, contracts, and follow-ups.
Marketing & Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and digital marketing strategies.
Drive direct bookings through effective online and offline sales tactics.
Ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing initiative
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in hotel sales at a senior level, preferably as a Director or Senior Sales Manager.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of hotel revenue management, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Experience with CRM software, sales forecasting tools, and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in the hospitality industry.
