1. Contribution to build Home Beton position as home building premium supplier & Achieve or exceed targeted sales levels in a sustainable manner
- Consult and sell concrete to customers.
- Handle key contractors and develop smaller contractors in regions to be key contractors
- Collect information of competitors to analyze and making proposal promptly
- Develop more customers/ projects to increase volume in the assigned area
- Adapt with changing in the market and solving problem
- Build up network with construction companies, contractors and projects
- Control and collect debt
- Plan and monitor daily working to achieve weekly/monthly sales forecast
2. Debt & risk management
- Weekly/Monthly review payment plan vs actual payment.
- Monitor 100% cash payment in advance to reduce risk of bad debt
- Review customer debt and collect the arising amount
3. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Work with customers included contractors and home builders and give feedback to supporting Dept on time
- Give feedback to customers on time to reduce the complaint
- Cooperate with Marketing Team to conduct the survey in assigned market areas and propose a effectively way to increase customer satisfaction
4. Planning & reporting
- Provide weekly/monthly/yearly sales volume forecast, debt update
- Paper works
- Work closely with Home Beton Sales Manager to find out price issue and provide actions for improvement promptly
5. People development – ensure a high performing sales organization
- Attend all the training or coaching plan to improve skills and knowledge
