Mô tả công việc

  • Assist AR. Controller on all matters relating to overdue account, and its collection.
  • Take direct control of government matters under the direction of Chief Accountant.
  • Maintain and provide operational & sales reports as directed, report daily cash balance and amounts collected to Chief Accountant or as directed.
  • Two half days per week spent making visits to ensure account satisfaction (should see all in one month) - not directly sales related in conjunction with Area Sales Manager Wine.
  • Customer service - ensure orders are processed, customer complaints.
  • Oversee all Horeca salespersons and assist where needed.
  • Oversee Mass market sales person and assist where needed
  • Assist staffs in their daily duties
  • Report any issues directly to Branch Manager and HR Supervisor
  • Do the appraisals as per company timeline
  • Create a good working environment to ensure staff stability
  • Ensure all company policy, management directives through memos & emails are followed
  • Request training when required from the appropriate department in co-operation with HR in Danang
  • Ensure the security of all product and premises
  • Ensure that all movement of stock is done in line with company processes
