- Assist in the development and tracking of KPIs and performance targets for both the Branch and Retail Relationship Manager (RRM) or RRM leader levels.
- Support the design and execution of sales promotions and campaigns aimed at driving sales growth.
- Conduct trend analysis to ensure that data-driven insights are available for management to understand relevant changes.
- Help generate weekly and monthly MIS reports that evaluate SOHO loan performance and KPIs, facilitating effective decision-making for management.
- Provide daily support to branches by addressing inquiries related to incentives and KPIs.
- Conduct analyses of customer portfolios to maintain oversight of current clientele and assess customer trends, aiming to contribute to the overall improvement of product and service quality
