This position is to help the Administration side of GD ID Merchant Team, as the single point of contact for Merchant Onboarding Process, monitor and manage Temporary Employees within GF ID Merchant Team, and monitor and manage GFB Spending of GF ID Merchant Team.
Job Descriptions :
- Monitor Merchant Onboarding Process, liaise with respective PICs in Sales and Other Departments to successfully do the process within the SLA.
- Monitor and Manage the whole Temporary Employees within GF ID Merchant Team, to ensure Grab will pay the 3rd party Vendor accurately.
- Work with GFB Team to monitor the spending of GFB, for every person, especially the Temporary Employees.
- Supervise 3 Temps to update the status of every Merchant within the Onboarding Channel Process.
Requirements :
- S1 from reputable University from any major.
- Possess advance skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Precise and detailed in following up a task.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related job
