(HN) Software Developer (PHP, Java, .NET)

• Responsible for the development and implementation of business systems underpinning company’s core operations.
• Manage the planning and implementation of full software systems as Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), as well as creative ad hoc technology solutions.

• Location: Hưng Yên (Ecopark)

Key responsibilities:

• Implement, manage and maintain the business systems included Student Information System (SIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Learning Management System (LMS) and etc.
• Conduct software development, maintenance or technology investigation/research projects in the field of cloud-based applications development for the company.
• Develop succinct documents for software development by working closely with End-user in order to understand and capture End-user’s domain expertise. Analyse and develop IT documents including Project initiation, Implementation, System requirement specification, System design specification, Test case, User’s handbooks and etc. by working with IT contractors.
• Maintain all functional requirements of business users during the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Verify all requested requirements are included in the software systems to manage all change management of the project.
• Participate to the User Acceptant Test (UAT) and training plan with End-users and Contractor.
• Play the main role in troubleshooting for performance, issues/problems originating from applications in development and production environment.
• Cooperate and manage IT contractors to roll-out the software systems at the quality and on time.
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
