Work closely with product managers and other team members to understand, articulate, and break down customer needs into technical requirements.
Design scalable architecture and deliver code, while keeping operational issues in mind
Build and test a large scale server side application .
Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards
Mentor and/or coach junior developers.
Prepare estimates with the necessary level of detail for all design stages.
Develop metrics to measure the outcome/impact of your introduced solutions.
Respond and follow up to incorporate feedback and draw new insights
Prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
