Job requirement

  • Cài đặt, cấu hình, triển khai ứng dụng trên Kubernetes, WebLogic, WebSphere, NGINX, Apache…
    Install, configure, and deploy applications on Kubernetes, WebLogic, WebSphere, NGINX, and Apache platforms.
  • Vận hành, giám sát, theo dõi hoạt động, hiệu năng, tài nguyên của các hệ thống ứng dụng nội bộ và cảnh báo sự cố hoặc dấu hiệu bất thường thông qua công cụ giám sát, cảnh báo các ứng dụng và phối hợp các bên liên quan thu thập log, phân tích và xử lý các sự cố của ứng dụng.
    Operate, monitor, and track the performance and resource usage of internal applications; detect and respond to incidents or anomalies using monitoring and alerting tools; collaborate with relevant teams to collect logs, analyze, and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Phối hợp các đơn vị để cập nhật và nâng cấp ứng dụng.
    Coordinate with related departments to update and upgrade applications.
  • Xây dựng báo cáo tình trạng hoạt động của ứng dụng.
    Prepare application performance and operation status reports.
  • Thực hiện sao lưu và phục hồi dữ liệu theo định kỳ, đảm bảo khả năng phục hồi dữ liệu đầy đủ, chính xác và kịp thời của ứng dụng.
    Perform regular data backup and recovery to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely restoration of applications.
  • Thực hiện cài đặt, cấu hình và kiểm thử giải pháp nâng cao tính sẵn sàng, liên tục của ứng dụng.
    Implement, configure, and test high availability (HA) and business continuity solutions for applications.
  • Rà soát và đề xuất điều chỉnh, thay đổi các chính sách, quy trình, quy định và hệ thống ứng dụng.
    Review and propose improvements to policies, procedures, and application systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Job requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học, cao đẳng (hoặc tương đương) trở lên và/hoặc có chứng chỉ nghề trong lĩnh vực công nghệ thông tin, điện tử viễn thông.
    Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent) and/or professional certifications in Information Technology or Telecommunications.
  • Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Vận hành hoặc Dịch vụ tài chính.
    Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations or Financial Services.
  • Có kiến thức nền tảng về vận hành hệ thống CNTT, bao gồm hệ điều hành, mạng, bảo mật và quản trị ứng dụng.
    Strong foundation in IT system operations, including operating systems, networking, security, and application administration.
  • Có khả năng cài đặt, cấu hình và vận hành ứng dụng trên nền tảng Windows, Linux/UNIX, Kubernetes.
    Proficiency in installing, configuring, and operating applications on Windows, Linux/UNIX, and Kubernetes platforms.
  • Có kiến thức về microservice, container (Docker, Kubernetes), CICD tool chain (Gitlab, Jenkin, ArgoCD, SonarQube, Vault, registry).
    Knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD toolchains (such as GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, SonarQube, Vault, registry).
  • Có khả năng làm việc với cơ sở dữ liệu Oracle, SQL Server.
    Ability to work with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
  • Có khả năng xây dựng OS script phục vụ tự động hóa công việc.
    Capable of developing OS scripts for process automation.
