High School English Team Leader - HCMC

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and oversee the English teaching team at the high school level.
• Develop, refine, and implement the English curriculum in alignment with the school’s educational goals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor English teachers to ensure high-quality instruction.
• Assess and enhance teaching effectiveness to improve student learning outcomes.
• Research and apply innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to organize extracurricular activities and academic events.
• Serve as a bridge between teachers, students, and parents to ensure academic excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in English Education, English Language, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in teaching high school English, with a preference for candidates with leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• In-depth understanding of the K12 curriculum and modern teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and motivation skills.
• Proficiency in using online teaching tools and educational technology.
