Job title : Planning Supervisor
Department : Brewery
Reports to : Planning Manager

* PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Coordinate, organize and execute production plan to produce the right products in satisfying the needs of consumers with the lowest cost.

* KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Make the weekly brewing, filtration and packaging plan
Plan the actual production of beer within brewery such as brew house schedule, filtration schedule, packaging schedule and material receiving schedule.

Make the short and long term material and production plan
Plan the receiving of raw materials and chemicals and production aids to ensure a steady and reliable flow of finished bright beer to fulfil customer’s demand.

Define safety stock for all materials
Set safety stock for FP, RM, PM and yearly review this for better inventory management.

TPM and continuous improvement
Be member of Plan pillar, In charge of improvement activities relating Inventory and Produce Availability.

S&OP supply process implementation
Work with other sections (Logistics, Purchasing, Brewing, Packaging, and Engineering) to ensure the high quality input and output of weekly D&S meeting and Monthly supply review meeting.

Control and manage the materials WH
Ensure the accurate stock management and WH operation to comply with Heineken standards.
