Position Summary:
- To develop & Delivery business strategies to achieve business KPIs in the respective group of key accounts.
- To build & leverage customer relationships to maintain mutual benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Category Customer/ Channel Strategy.
- Develop and delivery T2T/ JBP
- Trade Term Negotiation
- Ensure NPI listing in customer
- Lead promotion management in customer: develop, sell, execute, evaluate (promotion includes: customised promotion & channel promotion.
- EOE Coaching across regions
- Obtain market intelligence: Pricing in customer; Competitors activities
- Build and leverage relationship with customer contacts
- Forecasting: Volume & Budget
- Develop detailed Trade Term contract in alignment with Account Strategy, Legal and Finance
- Activity traffic control in customer and across MoT accounts
- Lead In store Operation briefing
- Lead Category performance review and Catman projects in respective customers
- Act as Customer Champion within Heineken Hanoi’s organization (Voice of Customer)
- Coach and develop team capability.
- Identify the MVO list & review MJP by SR.
- Prepare the reports to FSM & HoS.
- Coordinate with Logistics for delivery plan by customer.
- Finalize PDP for subordinate & review by half year & end of year.
