- Build technical systems and infrastructure for the company’s payment platform.
- Manage, monitor, maintain and grow systems and infrastructure to ensure the highest levels of performance and availability (for multi-million MAU).
- Design, implement and maintain industrial strength security solutions for the company’s payment platform.
- Ensure compliance of systems and infrastructure with respect to the requirements of the State Bank of Vietnam.
- Manage and grow the technology operations team.
- Build capabilities and provide technical (3rd level) support to the company’s customer service team.
- Liaise with IT vendors for systems and infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Proven working experience in building, managing systems and infrastructure of high performance services serving multi-million users.
- Solid knowledge and preferably experience in security aspects of financial services systems, e.g. PCI-DSS, ISO-27001.
- Solid knowledge and preferably experience in modern operating systems, database, middleware technologies.
