Head of Site Merchandising & Campaigns Marketing

As the Head of Site Merchandising and Campaigns you will be the gatekeeper for Customer experience and site merchandising driven inspiration, curation, and personalization. You will be responsible for creating strategies, driving sales, and supporting brand objectives through integrated marketing campaign planning and execution. You will develop a seasonal growth strategy based on detailed knowledge of ecommerce, category, Customer and brand trends. The right candidate will be a creative, results oriented, data driven self starter who possesses excellent prioritization and project management skills, in addition to a strong sense of focus and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain a yearly sales and promotional calendar ensuring alignment with financial plans, Customer shopping behavior, and brand investment patterns.

  • Creating a vision and plan to take the Tiki merchandising site experience to the next level (inspiration, curation, personalization) and offer a best-in-class customer experience

  • Improving processes related to usage of site metrics, curation, content integration, site merchandising and onsite personalization.

  • Own the ongoing production of sales material to pitch integrated mBuild relationships with large brands and vendors and create promotional material to grow brand investment centered around key sales and promotions

  • Ensure implementation of best site experience and seamless execution: promotions, sitewide events, fob events.

  • Build strategic cross-functional relationships (Brands, Marketing, Design, Buyers, Merchandisers, Creative Production and Internal Site Merchandise Partners) to leverage necessary resources in establish best in class integrated marketing campaign event execution.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in e-commerce or global hardline/softline Brands and 3 years experience as a people manager

  • Proven experience planning, executing, and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns

  • Proficiency with site analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

  • Experience consensus building and presenting to executive level stakeholders

  • Demonstrated understanding of retail e-commerce landscape, including “best practice” features and functionality

  • Ability to be action and detail oriented, organized with ability to manage teams to execute within deadlines

  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with cross functional resources
