Job requirement

Stavian Energy Solutions (Stavian ES) is a proud member of the Stavian Group, a multinational industrial and technology corporation with a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. As the Head Of Sales (Solar Rooftop) you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and expanding our market presence. Your key responsibilities will include:

· Identify, analyze, and propose potential locations for rooftop solar projects.

· Work directly with clients and partners to survey sites, gather information, and develop suitable technical solutions.

· Coordinate with technical, legal, and financial departments to prepare investment proposals, technical documentation, and bidding packages.

· Monitor and support the progress of projects from the preparation phase through to acceptance and operation.

· Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as EVN (Vietnam Electricity), consultants, design, and construction units to ensure project timeline and quality.

· Stay updated on legal regulations and policy mechanisms related to rooftop solar development.

· Participate in trade promotion activities, marketing, and strategic partnership development.

Job requirement

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development for rooftop solar projects, with 2-3 years in a management role. You must have a deep understanding of the market, legal regulations, and technical standards.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. You must also be a strategic thinker, a problem-solver, and comfortable with data analysis.
  • Attributes: We need a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives under pressure and is willing to travel for work. Strong English communication skills are a plus.
