Get to know our Team:
-GrabPay handles all cashless transactions for Grab’s 33m riders and 630,000 drivers and is already one of the largest mobile wallets in Southeast Asia.
-This new team will be tasked with growing the GrabPay business as a mobile wallet throughout Southeast Asia, solving many of the payments problems that consumers and merchants face on a day-to-day basis.
Get to know the Role:
-Responsible for growing the GrabPay side of the business, which is a big new initiative for Grab.
The day-to-day activities:
- Coordinate, manage and ensure all merchants partners are onboarded successfully and timely
- Point person to manage merchant inquiries
- Escalate and to provide resolutions to merchant partners’ queries as required
- Build and maintain excellent post sales partner relationships
- Manage and resolve conflicts whilst maintaining high merchant satisfaction scores
- Manage a team of interns/ temps when required
- Work closely with sales and operations to ensure maximum productivity
- Offer assistance to internal sales team and channel partners as required
- Measure and track sales activities and performance
- Provide support to Head of Merchant Acquisition & Solutions on a day to day basis
The must haves:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Recognized Diploma preferably with 6+ years of relevant experience in operations or post-sales environment
- Meticulous, organized, able to multitask and adapt quickly to all kinds of situations
- Team player with initiative and a strong sense of accountability towards internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to work in dynamic and fast paced environment and to meet critical deadlines
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively
