The day-to-day activities:
1. Establish and manage all operations within a regional to ensure profit, revenue, and quality targets.
2. Produce a detailed business operating plan and performance reports with strong analysis on markets, trends, and challenge in the region.
3. Expanding market and widening company coverage by strengthening company business partnership and agents network.
4. Delivers strong operational performance by ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in translating corporate strategy into front line operational tactic.
5. Act as an ambassador of senior management for external stakeholders and internal team in regional based on communication guidelines from headquarters.
6. Recruit, manage and develop people in regional team to improve productivity.
7. Manage costs and constantly creating new value through efficiency improvements.
The must haves:
1. Minimum bachelor degree.
2. Minimum 10 years experiences in the same field.
3. Have experience and knowledge about global and macro economy; sales & marketing process; data analysis, and understanding in sales and marketing strategy.
4. Proficient in English (oral & written).
5. Leadership and communication skills
6. Able to establish priorities, manage deadlines, customer & target oriented, and network building.
7. Strategic thinking, negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making.
