In this role, you will:
• Responsible for enhancing the customer experience and supporting Premier customer growth, and deepening of client relationships.
• Formulate and implement customer-centric proposition-led strategies, covering both Retail Banking and Wealth Management, to deliver outstanding customer experience to grow the business in a sustainable manner.
• Define Premier propositions for different customer segments, based on customer insights and determine the optimal products and services to be provided to the target customers to best fulfill their needs.
• Leverage proposition to fully capture the business opportunities associated with International Education, Immigration, International Investors, Expats and Vietnamese diaspora customer segments.
• Work with relevant external partners to provide potential Premier customer leads within target segments
• Work with product managers to develop product offerings as well as services using a proposition-led approach, to ensure that the differentiated product offerings are both relevant and compelling to each of the target customer segments to support Vietnam's aggressive customer growth ambition.
• Define customer journeys and engagement frameworks, encompassing the entire customer life cycle (covering customer onboarding, relationship growth, advocate and retention) of different target customers taking into consideration their different needs and preferences
• Leverage on the enhanced analytical capabilities to better understand the target customers for product and service development as well as customer engagement
• Work with Marketing to develop marketing programmes and initiatives to ensure that key business programs and initiatives are promoted and communicated to the target audience in the most effective and efficient manner.
