Get to know the Role:

  • Establish a program governance and control framework in line with GTS strategy to deliver all its program and project portfolios.
  • Develop program and project management methodology, tools and assets to move programs at speed and scale end-to-end: from identifying business needs, qualifying projects, delivery excellence, to successful and sustainable transition to BAU.
  • Define operating principles, policies and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality and transparency in managing programs.
  • Lead a team of project managers, business analyst and change managers that support Corporate IT projects and IT business applications projects
  • Quickly scale up function to take on Change Management and Program Management

  • Lead and facilitate Steering Committee and Program Board meetings with senior stakeholders to drive progress, issue resolution and risk mitigation.

  • Manage interdependencies, ensure transparency and flow of information among stakeholders.

  • Support senior stakeholders in project selection/prioritisation based on value impact, risks and strategic alignment with GTS, deconflict with existing projects, reduce overlapping scope and duplication of work. Convert to project management requirements

  • Identify demand and manage supply (capacity and capability), identify and track Opex/Capex budget.

  • Responsible for capacity planning and capability building for Business Analysts, Change Managers, Project Managers and delivery teams.

  • Oversee the delivery of all programs and projects on time and within budget.
  • Define and measure delivery success metrics, provide project and program reports, and track metrics against business case delivery and benefit realisation.



The must haves:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments

  • Experience in building and managing a PMO organization including program- and change management.
  • Investigative and problem solving, critical thinking, root-cause analysis, and business risk analysis skills preferred
  • A passion for developing, coaching and mentoring a team of mid to senior level managers; strong in hiring, team building and organisational development

  • Experience in managing business and/or technology transformations is a must
  • Customer-focused mindset; always looking to outserve Grabbers
