The day-to-day activities:
- Initiate, solidify and maintain productive relationships with relevant industry partners.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the product, focus on customer centric initiatives roll out to improve customer experience and to drive user acquisition/growth and engagement
- Analyze and monitor key user metrics to improve the product and marketing efforts.
- Prepare business and growth plans and be responsible for its execution, business results, P&L and performance targets. This includes overseeing the operating plan, marketing plan, budget, cash flow and overall finances of the business vertical.
- Proactively work with both local and regional teams to share best practices and efficiently use common resources.
- Ensure that the company and its businesses comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and, where appropriate, best practice.
- Establish, achieve and report on milestones periodically to the Regional Head of Operations, Regional Head of New Business Verticals and the Country Head.

Minimum qualification:
- Minimum 10 years work experience; Minimum 5 years experience in Management Consulting, General Management, Start-Ups, Investment Banking or other similar fast-paced industries
- MBA degree preferred
Overall experience:
- Strong Knowledge of the local market (strong network within the taxi industry preferred)
- Prepared and able to provide high-level directions as well as be hands on when the situation calls for it
- Adaptable; Enjoys working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
- Strong motivator and collaborator; Able to align large groups of people towards a particular goal
- Proven experience in developing strategies, and translating said strategies into tangible outcomes
- Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry partners, suppliers and contractors
- Excellent leadership, management, problem solving, negotiations, interpersonal, and communications skills
