GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
The role is a critical team lead to provide guidance for the Thai market in related to merchant acquisition and project execution to drive market growth for GrabPay in Thailand.
The role holder is to manage relationships, drive sales volume, revenue from differences type of merchants and partners to reach business objectives.
Track and deliver market performance and project progress on a regular basis with efficient management reporting framework, in close partnership and collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES
Understand key business priorities, identify relevant core issues and assess new revenue opportunities
Manage day-to-day operation with all merchants & partners
Develop merchant acquisition & management framework and performance dashboard by type of merchant, merchant profiling, market segmentation and competitive benchmarking
Drive project traction to meet milestones and deliverables on time and targets
MUST-HAVES
At least 7 years of relevant work experience in internet/technology firms, eCommerce, financial services, management consulting or related industries
Strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights
Ability to see the big picture while not losing sight of details
A start-up attitude – willing to work hard to get things done, passionate about building things from scratch, comfortable in data-driven and fast-paced environment
