Get to know the Role:
He/She will be leading the Information System [IS] division team, which focus to manage system and technology operation related to process and office management. The expansion of IS team is the key point of company success in operation process automation and bring excellence in service delivery to customer.
Main role to manage operation of Information System Division, in form of providing IS product solution, overview to IS project implementation, and focus to improve current solution product to fit in operation functions. To handle team to who customer inquiry or complaint in IS matter, the person required to have deep analysis of the issues and provide solution to related department. On top of that, the person required to ensure every IS team member live and implement GRAB services standard and culture.
The day-to-day activities:
- Plan, develop, and oversee company IT networks, including telecommunications, database management, networks, and IT support.
- Act as a liaison with vendors supplying IT related products, and negotiate contracts for equipment and services.
- Manage business continuity and disaster recovery planning as well as system security and data confidentiality.
- Coordinate and manage IT professionals in departments such as systems engineering, communications, and data management
- Actively Involve in company strategic decision
The must haves:
- Min 5 years of experiences in leading Information Technology division
- Bachelor Degree , any degree. Preferably from technology information
- Proactive and good team player
- Able to work in fast paced working environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Good leadership skills
- Proficient with Ms. Office applications
- Good in English both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Have experience in IT project set up and implementation operation in mid to high scale
- Have ability to handle matrix team and coordination across functions
- Experience in banking/finance or automotive rental
