Get to know the Role:
As Head of GrabAds Indonesia, you will lead sales, partnerships & ops teams that sell directly to brands and agencies while also managing channel partners. You will set the sales targets with the Regional Head of Direct Sales, define strategies, lead training & development curriculum and oversee all of GrabAds go-to-market activities. You will be GrabAds key representative & spokesperson in Indonesia.
You’ll work cross-functionally with leaders from Marketing, Rewards, Payments, Food, Enterprise & business development to package compelling solutions & identify new client opps. Your goal is multi-million dollar annual revenue generation and showing advertisers positive results. You will be a leader in Indonesia’s advertising industry.
The day-to-day activities
Directly manage sales, ops & partnership team members
Build & maintain high-level media buying relationships with Brands & Agencies
Run high-value pitches/RFPs and JBPs
Pipeline management, sales forecasting and key sales reports with business KPIs
Scale & grow the ID sales team appropriately for sustainable growth & impact
Build & maintain high-impact media buying relationships across agencies & brands
Run local Pitches & RFPs and Joint-Business Plans (JBPs) with key partners
Strong Pipeline management, sales forecasting & key sales reports with business KPIs
Sales talent mentorship & development
The must haves:
7-10 years leading high performing media & ad sales teams
Experience leading high-performing sales team in Indonesia
Sound understanding & experience of the ID Ads Ecosystem both Online & Offline
Excellent communication & presentation skills with ability to transmit across different level stakeholders
Analytical with strong bias for data based decisions
Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment
Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Strong Sales Tool/CRM experience to make team as efficient as possible
Developer & Nurturer of talent with strong mentorship skills
Proven track-record of delivering against targets
Other requirements:
Fluency in English (written & spoken)
