Get to know the Team:

The In-Country Training and Quality Control (TQC) Manager will be responsible and accountable for ensuring that local Training and Quality initiatives are driven based on the outlined Grab Bike TQC Regional guidelines where they will oversee and improve TQC projects, process implementation, people management, work stream completion, and output quality checking.

Key Responsibilities & day-to-day activities:

Training:

  • Responsible for the training progress, training quality and quality of GB drivers after training

  • Organize training courses/offlines, training guides directly using the App and Customer service standards for GB Team.

  • Conduct evaluation/inspection service capability of the driver team after training and periodic

  • Search and organize professional training courses for drivers and departments

  • Organizing mutual evaluation in order to improve service quality Individual / department

  • Develop a system to certify and driver upgrades

Quality Control:

  • Recommend ways to improve processes, penalties and guidelines based on actual case, reviews and observations.

  • Monitor, report, and recommend on driver quality and compliance/improvement.

  • Participate in planning and auditing, controlling the full cycle of drivers’ quality and performance.

  • Provide clear, detailed and actionable constructive feedback and recommendations to the stakeholders

  • Participate in vertical meetings to ensure stakeholder feedback affecting quality guidelines and expected behaviors are integrated to the quality standard

  • Document quality assessments and feedback.

  • Internal and external reporting as needed

The Must Haves:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good command of English.
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • Strong acumen in data analysis, reporting, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Hard working, enthusiastic, keen on learning
  • Innovative and creative mindset to for continuous improvement and better outcome
  • Basic understanding in safety is an advantage
  • People developer attitude
