OVERALL REQUIREMENTS

As the Head of Marketing, you will be reporting to CEO and leading the marketing team as a strong leader who possesses excellent communication skills and able to develop a highly competent team.

You are accountable for advising the best marketing techniques for social media and other digital media campaigns, providing on creative output and coordinating the work of other marketers in organization business, creating and refining clear strategies, establishing indicators of success for your brand . You are also customer-centric with a strong sense of business acumen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and manage marketing strategy and branding plans including launching new season, store’s grand opening, customer events and managing portfolios of existing products.

- Design the output and performance of our content and digital marketing agency.
- Push growth on the brand/product(s) through the development and implement of advertising and retail excellence, plus trade and consumer promotion campaigns.

- Own marketing calendar and roll out plan and ensure a timely delivery of all retail marketing tools.
- Plan and execute customer strategy and research customer's insights.

- Analyze market and consumer data and provide useful recommendations to management and reflect into business strategy and plan.
- Own media channel strategy & execution, drive digitization as leading edge of the brand/products
- Lead direct reports to high professional marketing performance and develop them to next level.

- Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), tracking performance (ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA)

- Lead, mentor, and support the digital marketing team (Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Design), overseeing task allocation, progress, and skills development.

- Build strong relationship to press and media agencies, etc.

Job requirement

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.

- At least 3 years as Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager or similar role (Retail/Fashion Background are highly preferred)

- Preference will be given to candidates aged 34 – 40.

- Communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)

- Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels 

- Strong sense at business acumen

- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). 

- Excellent relationship building skills and organization skills 

- Excellent writing skills with the ability to present and inspire a team.

WHAT WE OFFER?

- Working time: Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- Competitive income, including fix salary, range: 30 - 35 mil (gross)/month + % revenue bonus

- Probation duration (2 months): apply 100% package salary. Pass probation, full participation in social, health, and unemployment insurance as per labor regulations.

WORKING PLACE:
