Get to know the Role:

-Build, deploy and manage big data solutions that can adequately handle the needs of a rapidly growing data-driven company.

-Streamline data access and security to enable data scientists and analysts to easily access to data whenever they need.

-Build out scalable and reliable ETL pipelines and processes to ingest data from a large number and variety of data sources.

-Maintain and optimize the performance of our data analytics infrastructure to ensure accurate, reliable and timely delivery of key insights for decision making.

The day-to-day activities:

a. Proactively drives insights for current business metrics improvement and higher growth;
b. Leads a team of data scientists, data engineer, and data analyst to perform and to deliver data principle as 'single source of truth' within an organization and across the line of business
c. Work closely and do a regular alignment with marketing, product, engineering, and finance group to serve the data and analytics needs of the company and ensure data operation running smoothly;
d. Manages team's work load by prioritizing the queue of data requests and coaching its execution to deliver data and insight with good quality
e.To develop Data team's career development Program and deliver it with alignment with POP team
f. Leading data team to support analytics platforms operational with minimum downtime ;
g. Periodically updated and reviewing existing data environment with relevant technology trend;
h.To lead continue performance maintenance and improvement of Datawarehouse, ETL and other analytics tools within data environment
i. Proactively driving the good practice of data governance and operational by promoting proper Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) within Data team and also with other groups i.e with Back End engineering and the related Business group such as Sales Channels group and Finance group
k. Ensure high-quality support and services towards other fulfilment & operational tools (i.e campaign management, fraud management, customer services, etc) that integrated with data warehouse , BI, and other data repository

The must haves:

a. Extensive experience in operating and leading team of data engineering, analytics team, and/or data science group
b. A strong passion for data research and for answering hard business questions with data;
c. A flexible analytic approach that allows for results at varying levels of precision;
d. Experienced in design solution for complex data analytics with high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying data sources (structured and semi structured, batch or streaming mode);
e. Experience working with large datasets and /or Big Data implementation / operational;
f. Has solid knowledge of Datawarehouse, ETL/ELT , Business Intelligence, Big Data and Data Science analytics
g. Experienced in Real project implementation and/or operation of complex data warehousing, big data and analytics projects
h.Technical leadership experience, leading senior level or managers of data team/ IT engineers/developer
i. Minimum 5+ years experience in Data domain and 3+ years experience in IT with software development environment
j, Good command in English and/or other foreign languages for effective daily business communication both written and oral
k.Good knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and/or experienced in managing complex IT software project ​​
