Drive excellence and build world class credit risk management capability ensuring we optimise multiple portfolios for high predictive accuracy, best possible customer value proposition and maximising customer lifetime value via credit risk strategies
Iterate and collaborate with Data Science team to ensure development of relevant scorecards and rapid evolution thereof to enhance a deep customer understanding
Highly collaborative with rest of Grab team including Fraud
Represent business and win the confidence of various internal and external partners
Own and drive the risk management framework and strategy from underwriting, monitoring and collection strategy.
Own risk reporting, both internal and external.
The must haves:
Experience in strategic credit risk management specifically relating to emerging markets and / or working with alternative data sets and ecosystems
Commercial experience in a senior risk capacity in a major financial institution, directly responsible for a credit team.
Dynamic decisioning background to have capability to automate the strategies we are deploying
Cutting-edge risk management techniques across the entire credit life cycle on consumer and MSME portfolios
Proven ability in analytics, business acumen and presenting / communicating recommendations across all organisation levels
Understanding the relationship between risk and financial metrics in relation to portfolio management and the associated forecasting thereof
Ability to work with diverse teams to ensure effective implementation of projects.
