- Fund raising: How to strengthen fund raising as a core competence of Tiki? How to develop a cost-effective capital base? And more important, how to leverage not just financial capability of investors but also strategic partnership to grow business exponentially?
- Deal making: How to improve Tiki’s winning odds via making strategic deals? How to work with top-notch consultants to best utilize their expertise and network?
- Investor Relation: How to manage and keep warm relationship with our global investor base? How to organize effective board meeting and provide insightful information to our investors?
- Market/ Competitor Analysis: How to keep up-to-date with market dynamics and latest trend? How to idenfity best course of actions Tiki should take?
- Minimum 6 years experience in a related role with at least 2 direct reports. Perferably in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Transaction Service Advisory with some exposure in eCommerce/Retail/Tech.
- Strong analytical ability to gather and interpret information and develop, recommend actionable course of actions
- Entreperneurial spirit and Persistency/Resilience (We live a life of roller-coaster!)
- Modelling guru with strong experience in different kind of transactions
- Great communicator with excellent powerpoint skill
- Collaborative and willing to take care of surrounding colleagues. Servant leadership is desirable. Quick learner and relentless motivation of personal / professional growth
- Sense of humor is a big plus
- Chinese speaking is desirable (Perfect English doesn’t need to be mentioned)
