In your role as a Manager you will:
- Responsible for review of transnational processes across the region.
- Identify and drive improvement areas where possible including reconciliation, collections and payments.
- Responsible for setting up and leading a team for central alliance operations and reconciliation works.
- Set-up/maintain key performance indicators (KPI’s) to monitor and improve efficiency of department.
- Drive automation projects, with the ability to work across functional areas in designing efficient processes in order to drive process efficiency and automation.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with leadership teams across the company, including finance, procurement, IT, Tech/ Engineering, marketing and sales.
- Contribute to key finance projects through collaboration with the Regional Finance, Country Finance Controller/ Manager and any other stakeholder(s).
- Track and ensure SLA KPIs are met and attend to exceptions and delivery issues with prompt resolutions.
- Plan and track shared services costs and drive to keep within budget and cost neutral from the central finance point of view.
- Lead Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team and guide a team to meet service standards. Work closely with users from ASEAN countries.
As our ideal candidate, you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting.
- More than 6 years of experience in progressive centralized finance operations management roles, with great emphasis on Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
- Experience with change management within a growing company with strong finance background.
- Strong leader and project manager and ability to collaborate across many functional areas of the business.
- Analytical and process oriented; strong attention to details.
- Strong focus on customer services/ service level deliverables and timely and positive resolution of customer issues.
- Streamline processes for continuous improvement.
- ASEAN Regional experience, with ability to manage large groups across multiple locations, providing effective leadership and communication.
- Regional experience in ASEAN countries preferred.
- MS Dynamics ERP software experience a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, versatile and can-do attitude is essential.
- Team player.
- Result oriented. A contributor in Finance function with at least 6 years of centralized finance operations experience.
- Continuous innovate and drive changes in processes to drive operations excellence.
- Able to lead team and work with stakeholders in the region.
