We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Sales to lead and drive sales efforts for our Lubricant Additives product line. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales within the chemicals, additives, or automotive sectors and will be responsible for enhance relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. This includes identifying new market opportunities and expanding business with current customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationship with existing and potential customer.
- Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to provide insights into product development and pricing strategies.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in lubricant additives, ensuring the ability to provide customers with technical advice and solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment in product offerings and to address customer needs efficiently.
- Customer Presentation & Negotiation: Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
- Support Team on technical issue & design predicted formulation to meet customer’s specifications
- Reporting: monthly sales reports, including market intelligence, and insights into sales pipeline activity.
