PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Intek has no teachers, but it still has staff to take care of the students. As a IT coach, you will accompany the students in IT option during their work day, provide encouragement and promote positive learning habits, as well as provide expert feedback on their work.

DUTIES AND REPOSIBILITIES:

  • Review student work during project defenses.
  • Lead debriefings with students in the mornings, to make sure students understand what they should be working on during the day.
  • Produce new learning materials (projects and tutorials).
  • Monitor and enhance student performance by providing encouragement and constructive feedback.
  • Support student autonomy by encouraging them to find solutions by themselves.
  • Help build a caring community culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by CEO.
