(HCM) Software Engineer (Java, JavaScript, SQL)

With this position, you will:

• Work closely with team members to design and implement new system from business requirements.
• Design and write cutting edge Java or Javascript code to improve the performance, stability and scalability of existing systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve client’s requests.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Learn and expand your knowledge through individual research or team discussions to keep up with industry standards.
• Engage in benchmarking activity to measure services capacity and to optimize back-end services to ensure high performance requirements.
