[HCM] Senior Procurement Executive (Marketing Service) - Chuyên Viên Mua Hàng Cấp Cao (Dịch vụ Marketing)

1.Operation:

• 50% procurement for Marketing (PR, Digital, Trade - agencies, media partners, KOL and creative service providers)
• 30% procurement for Admin, Training, Logistics, Tech (Tour, Gift, Insurance, Health Check, Printing, Tools and IT equipment)
• 20% admin work or assigned tasks.

2.Vendor Management: Daily purchasing activities such as sourcing, vendor evaluation, vendor selection, negotiation, contracting.

3.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.

4.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with related departments to align procurement strategies with organizational objectives.

5.Planning/ Budgeting:

• Collaborate with departments in brainstorming, planning, and implementing activities on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Market survey to archive the best efficient purchases and minimize the risks.

6.Policy/ Procedure: Ensure all the works are complied with Company’s procedures & regulations.

• A minimum of 04 years in purchasing/procurement field, especially familiar with marketing service (digital advertising, media, and creative production ...)
• College / Bachelor of Economic, Business Administration, Marketing
• Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel)  
• Ability in English
• Good problem- solving skill 
• Understand procurement concept and basic procedure
• Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
