fram^ is actively looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to build up and lead a technology platform for a Start-up venture. Within our business accelerate, we are launching a start-up which will revolutionize the insurance industry in Vietnam.
This is the opportunity to take a lead role in an entrepreneurial start-up, yet backed by a publicly listed parent company. This role is to be the product owner & business analyst of the technology platform, which is core to the business. You will work and learn from some leading business executives and work closely with the Venture CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Think ahead about business requirements and take a leadership role in the product roadmap from a customer experience / requirements / functionality perspective of the technology platform, considering the business context.
- Present your recommendations to the Venture CEO on a regular basis.
- Design application by coming up with & analyzing requirements; studying system capabilities; understand about product & business; writing specifications.
- Collaborate closely with relevant teams to propose appropriate solutions, present and explain specifications and requirements.
- Document business and system requirements clearly, comprehensively and make ensure everyone can easily understand.
- Follow development progress, support clarify requirement to development team and facilitate to help deliver products successfully.
- Discuss, develop and review test plan and test cases required for feature/functionality with the development team to ensure development is aligned with features defined.
- Work with graphics to design the look & feel.
- Be flexible in a start-up to take-on other business activities as we scale up and disrupt an industry.
