One of the strong points of SHIFT ASIA is to provide the Test Cycle Management (TCM) tool called CAT (Computer Aided Test). CAT is a comprehensive TCM tool with enterprise-level capabilities but flexible to fit all modern development methodologies. It allows you to link your manual and automated tests’ cases automatically to defects, requirements and tasks, and to integrate with many of the QA tools you already use such as Redmine and Slack. With CAT, clients of SHIFT ASIA can enhance their software developments more efficiently and more effectively.

 Now we are seeking for a passionate, proactive UX Designer to provide capability and focus on CAT that will upgrade the user experience of our product and solutions. The role is internal but will grasp all the authority over designing, refactoring front end frameworks and language if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web applications, CAT, used by our clients and internal employees from sketches and wireframes through to high-fidelity mockups and design specifications
• Create navigation flows, storyboards and user journey maps
• Work closely with product owner, product manager, and developers on bringing your designs to life.
• Provide documents such as style guides, pattern libraries, and best practices documents
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the UX practice at SHIFT ASIA
• Implement front-end features and review codes implemented by team members if needed
