(HCM) PHP Software Engineer

General:

• Years of experience: at least 2 years.
• Excellent logical thinking ability.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with “Can-Do” and “High Responsibility” spirit.

Desired Skills:

• Expert knowledge of web development.
• PHP/MySQL web development.
• Proficient OOP, Design Pattern, common framework, REST APIs and SDK development.
• Knowledge of frontend coding, including JS, SASS/SCSS/LESS and responsive web design.
• Experience with relational databases, including schema design and optimization.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Additional software skills are a plus:

• Experience with dev-ops is a plus.
• Fluent speaking/writing english is a plus.
• Experience with geographically distributed development teams is a strong plus.
• Experience with frameworks such as Laravel, CakePHP 3 or Symfony a plus.
