[HCM] Payable Accountant - Kế Toán Thanh Toán

1. Daily working

• Collect, check all documents from departments, ensure it comply with policy and tax regulars.
• Prepare Bank payment voucher and get the approval from appropriate levels before payment.
• Updating Bank transactions on the accounting system on time and accuracy.
• Doing payment plan and send to management.
• Co-ordinate and support other branches and offices when there is a need.
• Filling the documents on time: Photo invoice and contract for filing.
• Collect & storage all docs for Tax Inspection
• Work with Bank for all transactions.

2. Monthly working

• Bank reconciliation monthly.
• Control master file of PO, contract, Suppliers, Clients and employee data on System.
• Collect bank statement for filling.

3. Others

• Support on Tax finalization and Auditing.
• Yearly preparation and working with the auditors to complete the audit on investment finalization and financial statement.
• Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field, knowledge in VAS.
• Minimum from 2 years working experience in Accounting.
• Ability of English skills. 
• Attention to details.
• Organizing and planning skill.
• Strong Excel and database skills.
• Problem - solving skill.
• Work under high pressure.
