Product Development
- Develop extension features and modules on existing product codebase, in parallel with the Engineering team in Singapore
- Develop modules based on customer-specific requirements
- SCRUM familiarity
- Familiar with encryption and security domain is a bonus
- Incident Management
- Liaise with Engineering team to resolve escalated issues, and perform ad-hoc requests
- Keep track of the issue and update customer regularly
- Provide incident reports and root cause analysis to help prevent future occurrences.
Change / Patch Management
- Participate in software updates/upgrades (i.e. Service Packs).
- Participate in system maintenance work e.g. software patching and upgrades (after normal office hours, weekends etc)
- Ensure proper documentation
- Compliance to Change/Patch Management processes.
Testing and support documentation
- Keep abreast of new product developments and learn through attending training as well as testing of new releases
- Provide feedback to Engineering team of common user and application issues to help improve the product
- Own and maintain support documentation such as FAQ.
