Job requirement

  • Support in daily operational tasks of the HR Department to different business groups.
  • Support in translation for HR-related documents and prepare HR-related reports, analyze data as needed.
  • Post job advertisements on suitable online channels for each position.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary assessments to select potential candidates.
  • Assist HR team in preparing necessary documents and welcoming new employees.
  • Organize and store employee files in a systematic manner to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Other tasks are to be assigned depending on potential and interest.

Job requirement

  • Working location in Tan Thuan EPZ, District 7.
  • 3rd-year university students and above, available for full-time internships.
  • HR background or experience as a similar junior HR role is a plus.
  • Career orientation for the C&B field.
  • Able to obtain a letter of recommendation from the university
  • Hardworking and can work independently and under pressure, pay attention to details.
  • Good verbal and written English communication.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Nice to have: Experienced in coordinating and/or organizing events.
